Trenay Parker is a graduate of American InterContinental University in Schaumburg, Illinois, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She also holds both a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science degree from Gwynedd Mercy University in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In addition, she is a graduate of The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she obtained her Chef’s Certification.
Since becoming a certified ServSafe Instructor in 2000 through the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, Trenay has provided food safety and sanitation certification training to hundreds of chefs, cooks, and foodservice professionals across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida.
Her teaching style is engaging, practical, and easy to understand—ensuring participants not only retain the material, but feel confident and prepared to successfully pass the 90-question ServSafe certification exam.
